Today was upper body workout at 7am. Hit my high for bench press with 165lbs and it felt pretty good. I can tell that when I take a more firm grip on the barbell, it is a bit easier to control and lift.
Dumbbell rows were also a high with 50lbs. Again here I try to take a tighter grip and it seems to help with the lift and the control.
Pullups I could not do more than three sets because my back is so sore from the pullups that I did a couple of days ago. Wow.
