Today I am focused on creating a body transformation plan.
In the past, I have written about building new rooms, new interests, new goals.
When I was fat and weak, I sat in the fat and out of shape room.
I left that room of being fat and locked the door on it.
Yes, I have slipped up many times, where I went back into that room, tempted by ridiculous desires like an oreo cookie.
I cannot totally fault myself, because modern day processed foods, such as wheat, contain a chemical called Gliadin that impacts that area of our brain which triggers addiction.
Having said that, I think I will take the responsibility and regain the power to not make that mistake again.
Today I thought that one day itself can be juiced for everything that we can accomplish within it.
Our tomorrow and future is built on each of our days now.
This is why I want to do everything that I can do to have a successful day today.
First, I have to begin with myself, do the right habits that will guarantee a successful body transformation plan.
Success in losing fat and building muscle.
I started off the day with an hour walk.
That ensures a good aerobic base, not too fast and not too slow, and I like the fact that I am moving.
Sure, I would walk outside if the weather was warmer.
Yesterday I did squats and pushups.
Tomorrow I will do deadlifts and pull ups.
How are you going to spend your day?
Do you have any physical transformation goals that you are pursuing?
Do you have your own story and/or body transformation plan recommendations?
I hope to flesh out a 30 day body transformation plan as soon as possible.
Please share your experiences.
