Just about 18 pounds down since November
Recently I started a megapost that I am calling how to lose 10 pounds in a month.
The purpose of this post is for you to be able to develop effective habits over the course of the next 30 days in order to drop 10 pounds of fat, assuming you need to do that.
I have been following my own recommendations (shocking!) and this is my fourth day.
I was at 195 pounds when I began so I cannot complain about seeing a body fat percentage which is going down as well as dropping under 25 body mass index.
I am going to post additional thoughts there so here I will just be posting more on the daily weigh.
I have not been this close to 190 pounds for quite a bit of time, so I am pretty pleased with how things are going.
