I am traveling this week.
The important thing when traveling is to work a bit harder to avoid processed food, especially at the airport and on the airplane.
There is just about nothing worthwhile that is available except for an apple, banana or orange.
So much of the food on the airplane that is offered is junk.
Cookies, pretzels, chips and soda.
There is no point to snack on those foods.
Here is a better idea for your flight.
Prepare a few bags of nuts and seeds, some fruits and even a chick pea salad or something that can keep you going through the flight and your trip.
Do not lose the gains that you have made during the week by going overboard on snack foods at airports and on the flight.
What do you do when you travel so that you do not get out of control?
How about when you take a cruise?
I have heard that people can put on 8 to 10 pounds on a 5 day cruise easy.
