Today, even after a good friday dinner and Saturday lunch, I am down to 194.5 pounds.
No complaints about that.
The good news is that I am close to getting under 25 BMI.
For friday evening which was with family, I had a glass of cabarnet wine and even a small piece of artisan bread.
Along with a little salmon, persian salad and quinoa with sauteed lamb stew.
In the daytime Saturday, I pretty much had similar and stopped my one day anything goes by 630pm.
I would not call this a cheat day, rather I would just call it being a bit more flexible so that I could enjoy a meal with family, with some wine and homemade bread.
This was my third week in a row that I had a little bread on Friday night and I am really happy about that.
Usually when someone makes a great bread, they want you to try and it is hard to resist, so I have a little, they are happy and I am happy.
I think with a bit more conscious eating this week, I have a good chance of hitting 190 pounds by next sunday and 187 pounds by the following Sunday on the 21st of December.
I also hit my most recent new high of consecutive pushups this morning of 43.
My plan is to follow that up with more pushups today and if I have time, I want to do shoulder presses at the gym.
For getting in some moving today, I did elliptical trainer for an hour.
