Today is my 29th day of HM , hashimashi aka 29 HM..
I was down to 200lb this morning from around 230lb last year at this time….and from 218lb just a month ago…basically it has been about real food, vegetables, some protein ,water, berries…fat percent is 23 which is down from 27% and bmi is 26 down from 29…
REST 90 SECONDS BETWEEN EACH SET in theory, I have needed longer!

SET 4 12 check
SET 5 max (at least 17) check and i was able to eek out 20! go go go!
