Here are the rules that I followed to transform my physique from fat to fit in under a year.
- Real Food Daily
- Walk, Bike, Swim, Treadmill or Elliptical for 30 minutes to 60 minutes 5 -6 times a week
- Pushups 3 times a week
- Squats with free weights 2 – 3 times a week
- Deadlifts 1- 2 times a week
