The Benefits of a Good Morning Breakfast
Starting the day with a good morning breakfast is the key ingredient to getting lean and staying lean.
A good morning breakfast is also the key to rapid fat loss and body redesign.
Finally, a good morning breakfast helps you to build muscle and achieve incredible body transformation results.
Hashi Mashi Good Morning Breakfast
A favorite good morning breakfast of mine is Hashi Mashi.
Hashi Mashi is an egg omelette with plenty of vegetables, hummus, olives and avocado.
Any real food vegetables will do, so go by your own taste and choose some real foods that you enjoy and can stick with for the long term.
Do not choose a breakfast that makes you feel like you are sacrificing or suffering.
There is no martyrdom here.
Enjoy Your Breakfast
You have to enjoy the taste, so if you prefer to have something like blueberries, raspberries and some nuts with or without a full fat yogurt (the less sugar, the better), go for it.
I have been avoiding oatmeal, since it is not really a favorite of mine and it still is in the grain category.
However, if you prefer oatmeal, banana and fruit, go for it.
Oatmeal is clearly a better choice than bread, less processed, less gluten, probably less phytates and anti-nutrients.
Oatmeal will give you a more stable source of energy and cleaner burn than bread.
The fact is that bodybuilders have been using oatmeal as their staple breakfast for years, so who can argue with that?
But for sure, they do not use much bread when training.
So, either have oatmeal, kasha or quinoa, or vegetables together with your eggs.
If you are going to have bread, I would say to do it earlier in the day.
But, to be clear, I made no improvement any time I included bread in the daily diet plan.
Maybe you will, only time will tell.
Good Morning Breakfast Hashi Mashi Recipe
Of course, I admit that there is no great secret to the recipe, other than the way I changed the usual side of bread to a side of avocado, hummus and olives.
Basically, you want to make your egg omelette, however you prefer, whole eggs or egg whites.
I had been using whole eggs for several months and have recently changed to egg whites because my LDL cholesterol had gone up.
My HDL numbers doubled which was great, from 30 to 60.
Triglycerides plummeted from 380 to 84, and last, my testosterone went up from 24o which is in the danger zone to close to 500.
Use the number of eggs of your choice, whole or white.
Sautee in virgin olive oil Spinach, Red Pepper, Onions, as much as you like.
Scramble the eggs with your veggies.
Add salt & pepper to taste, some or none.
Put half of a ripe (soft to the touch) avocado on the side.
Add a few table spoons of Hummus.
If you want to make the hummus yourself, you just need to blend chickpeas, olive oil, paprika and lemon juice to the right consistency and taste.
Sprinkle some olives on top and Voila, you have your first Hashi Mashi good morning breakfast!
