Anyone who is struggling with being overweight or anxiety/stress, will know how difficult it seems to get to a place where they feel comfortable in their body.
I know that scaling an ice mountain gorge is beyond challenging, but at one time, I think that the idea that I could be free from my junk food cravings and be at a 32″ waist, not hungry, and getting stronger every week, I think that was even more remote than scaling the vertical ice ledge.

As you can see in the table above, the results between 190 days & 265 days is virtually the same.
What that means to you and me is that six months was enough time to make the transformation and that I have been maintaining it fine since then.
What this table is not showing is the progress that I have made in strength. I have definitely gotten stronger over the last 10 months, so I will have to make up a new table to track those increases.
