How much weight can you lose in two months?
I have been trying to find out.
I have finally hit 190 pounds.
Weight: 190.9 pounds
Pounds of Fat: 41.5
Percent Body Fat: 21.8%
Percent Water: 57
Body Mass Index: 24.7
Okay, so it is 190.9 pounds, closer to 191 but this is progress!
After three months, adjusting and moving forward, refusing to give up after my last oreo binge, I am close to a twenty pound reduction from where I was in November.
Honestly, this is not as difficult as it seems or too complicated.
The very first rule that I say should work for most people and definitely works for me is the simplest.
Eat Real Food Daily.
No exercise required.
No potions required.
No drugs required.
I find that every day that I stick to the most ‘real’ food possible, such as
vegetables, for me I like broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, tomato, onion, garlic, zucchini, cucumber, celery, eggplant to mention a few. I steer clear of white potatoes but do not mind a sweet potato if really hungry after a good workout.
fruits, for me I find that berries are the most satisfying and least likely to cause an urge for more sweets….such as blackberries, red raspberries, strawberries, red grapes, apples, grapefruit, avocado
nuts, brazil nuts, walnuts, pistachios and roasted peanuts
protein such as omega-3 organic eggs grown without hormones or pesticides, similarly for chicken, turkey and tofu.
If you just eat real food daily, your meal plean can look like this:
1. vegetables and protein
for example, make a Hashi Mashi vegetable omelette, use olive oil, garlic, onion and spinach with eggs.
s. snack on berries and/or nuts
2. vegetables and protein
chinese style broccoli and chicken for example
s. snack on grapes and walnuts
3. vegetables and protein
sweet potato, asparagus and salmon or tofu
is that so hard?
Simple and incredibly effective.
If you add thirty minutes to an hour of walking to your routine, you will be amazed at how fast the weight starts to slide off of you and before you know it, you will be looking like a different person, the real you.
