As of this morning, I went up one pound on my quest to learn how to burn body fat in 30 days.
Yesterday, I was careful the entire day, except for a minor deviation in the evening.
How to Burn Body Fat in 30 Days – Day 5 Meal Plan
In the morning I had a vegetable omelette with avocado and strawberries.
In the afternoon, when I got hungry, I had some almonds, pistachios, grapefruit and grapes.
The truth is that I emailed Hashi Mashi and he suggested to go easy on sweet fruits and to focus on berries like blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries as they are lower on the glycemic index.
I also had some walnuts in the afternoon.
Then I took a 90 minute walk in a nearby park.
By evening time, I was getting pretty hungry, I cooked up broccoli first.
How to Burn Body Fat in 30 Days – Simple Dinner
Let me tell you how I did it for any other long term no cookers like me.
I have always eaten out at places rather than make my own stuff.
Hashi Mashi recommends that I get to know how to cook for myself so that I become independent of going to restaurants, as well as knowing exactly what is in my food.
For the broccoli, first I took out 2 heads, put them in a bowl with water, microwaved it for 3 minutes.
Now put it in a pot with a lid.
Next, I cut up 5 cloves of garlic. The way he suggested was to use a large knife, press down on the garlic clove until it gets smushed and the outside wrapping comes off by itself.
Then chop up the garlic and put that in the pot with broccoli and lid as well.
Then I put in some olive oil into the pot with the broccoli, maybe one or two tablespoons.
Put the flame on low to medium, stir a bit, add some garlic marinade. I used a product called soy vey garlic marinade which is for meat, fish and vegetables.
Then I took out 2 pieces of Tilapia.
Put the soy vey garlic marinade in a non stick pan, the tilapia on top and covered it, with the flame on low to medium.
In about twenty minutes, I had a great dinner!
How to Burn Body Fat in 30 Days – Conclusion
I think where I probably messed up a bit was later in the evening I had half of a white baked potato, a few dates and walnuts.
So, even though I went up one pound, all in all, I feel good, I had a good long walk yesterday, I did more pushups today and I am going to check out a nearby gym to see if I can do some squats and bench presses as well.
Overall, in my experiment how to burn body fat in 30 days, I am still down 5 lbs from the start.
