Food is NOT your enemy.
I remember the days when food was my worst enemy.
I blamed food for being fat and lethargic.
I made food the villain when that is not accurate at all!
Food is your best friend, after me of course!

Imagine in your mind now that there are two main categories of food, one is real food and one is processed food.
Real food is your friend and processed food is not.
It is as simple as that.
So, when you wonder “What can I be eating for the rest of my life that will have me looking like the lean machine that I want to be?”
The answer is real food.
Real vegetables, fruits, nuts, legumes and proteins.
That is it!
Real food did not make you fat and overweight with your belly bulging over your pants, no, it was processed food, food that never grew from the ground and that is concocted in a factory.
