Is it Possible to Lose Weight in 3 Days?
Yes it is, and here is your healthy meal plan to lose weight in 3 days!
Why do you want to lose weight in 3 days or more?
Have you reached the point where you say that you have had it with your flabby body and want to make a change?
As long as you are committed, then I am happy to coach you on how to lose weight in 3 days which will give you the template for greater fat loss and muscle gain.
You will notice that I always speak about fat loss and muscle gain, because if you only concentrate on fat loss, you will look like a smaller version of yourself without any major changes in your physical appearance.
And that might be fine, but my purpose here is to follow the best practices that I know of and building muscle mass is absolutely a best practice for everyone.
Studies show that the more muscle mass that a person has, the healthier that person can expect to be.
I have done this experiment myself during the last week to see if I would lose weight and body fat percentage by following my own suggestions.
I did better than I could have expected.
I started this last week of Monday March 17th at 200lbs on the dot and 23.5% bodyfat with a bmi of 26, not great numbers.
What really got me going was seeing pictures from a recently shot album where I could not recognize myself!
I was shocked!
Only a year ago, after a full 9 months of Hashi Mashi™, I looked 10 to 20 years younger, no joke.
I have to acknowledge that I am a sugar addict, processed food addict, whatever we want to call it, and it is no less dangerous than being an alcoholic in my view.
So, my suggestion is that you take a photo of yourself and see how you like the results. If you look great, then nothing to do. If you look older and fatter than you do in your mind, then perhaps that will push you to take action. Start with the idea that you want to lose weight in 3 days and I promise you that after the first 3 days, you will see that you can do this and you will be motivated to go further, maybe for 11 days, 30 days or for months until you reach your ideal body weight, BMI and body fat percentage.
To know how to lose weight in 3 days only, you must know your triggers.
The triggers that cause you to go on a sugar binge, the triggers that sabotage every your progress every time.
I know mine and perhaps you can relate to them. My triggers are bread, pasta, rice, grain in general, sweets like cookies, cake, muffins, pizza, ice cream.
The first step is to eliminate those foods from your plan. There is no other way. If you think that you can have one slice of bread only, then go for it, but my most dramatic results come from my most transformative changes.
Replace all of the above foods I mentioned with vegetables.
However, since I know that I have that sweet tooth craving and since I know that I want to ensure that I was getting the full profile of vitamins and minerals along with amino acids and high quality protein, I incorporated a meal replacement shake based on the advice of a certified nutritional consultant.
So now, here is your simple, simple and even more simple plan to lose weight in 3 days.
I followed this plan myself for the last week and went from 200lbs at 23.5% bodyfat to 194.5lbs at 22.4% bodyfat.
To me, that is a great success and as of today, I am on Hashi Mashi™ Day 6. Yes, I was up to Hashi Mashi Day 300 only a year ago and I am the one who lost my continuity because I would not admit that I am a sugar addict. This is the same thing that will happen to an alcoholic who has been sober for 300 days and then takes a drink. Essentially, I have been losing on average a pound a day. That is more than enough. Not only did I lose weight in 3 days, but now after 6 days, I am down 6 pounds. I would not recommend shooting for more than that. In 30 days, if you stay on this program and lose 15 or 20 pounds, you are going to be a different person than when you started. I know because I have experienced it both ways. I have gone from fat to fit and fit to fat within the last 2 years and I know which feels better. Yes, for me, hot bread and oreos taste better than vegetables, but I know that there is nothing that feels better than being fit.
Without further ado, here is the simple, simple plan to lose weight in 3 days. Of course, I hope that you stay on it longer until you reach your ideal weight.
Lose Weight in 3 Days Simple Meal Plan
Day one, Day two and Day three are all the same:
Meal 1: Any vegetables that you want, sauteed in olive oil and mixed with 3 egg whites and a whole egg, or four egg whites if you have a specific cholesterol concern. Add some balsamic light vinegar for taste as well as black pepper or any other spice that you fancy. In addition, add half an avocado and a nice dollop of Hummus, chick pea spread. If you do not have hummus, then you can use 1/2 a cup of any canned beans that you like. Of course the best is to get the chickpeas yourself and make your own hummus. On top of the hummus, add some olives and presto, you have an official Hashi Mashi™ Breakfast!
Meal 2: Big Salad of the greens that you love, spring mix, spinach, romaine lettuce, all up to you. Add the other salad vegetables that you like, for example mushrooms, red onion, cucumber, tomato, olive oil and balsamic light or any other light dressing that you like. Add a protein like organic fresh turkey breast, the best is without hormones, the same for chicken or any other meat. Or if you are vegetarian, use feta cheese or mozorella cheese or tofu or a meat substitute. You can also add olives and/or pickles. Make it taste great and enjoy.
Snack 1: An apple and a handful of roasted but not salted, or raw almonds.
Meal 3: Use the highest quality meal replacement that you can. This will give you all of the high quality amino acids, protein, vitamins and minerals that you need. This will also curb your cravings for sweets. I suggest that your meal replacement be soy and gluten free and also contain fiber. You can use any meal replacement that you want. Can you actually lose weight in 3 days? Absolutely.
Here are the action items that I want you to take:
1. Pick a day, today, tomorrow, next week, but pick a day to begin.
2. Be prepared with healthy food options, at least 2 vegetable based meals per day, one snack and a high quality meal replacement.
3. Focus on the healthy foods that you can have and completely avoid processed food.
4. Walk for 30 minutes to an hour a day.
5. Start a strength training program. It can be as simple as doing 1 pushup and adding on to it as time goes on and you get stronger.
