Well, it has been a long time since we have spoken, my apologies, I promise I will not leave you again like that for such a long period of time, I will certainly do my best.
Alot has happened over the last couple of months and I will share that all with you.

I myself am shocked that I have been living wheat and processed food free for such a long time.
