Yesterday I had some good news from the doc office. My blood pressure has gone down from 139 over 90 to 110 over 80. So, I am now in ‘normal’ range. They also drew blood so I can compare how my biomarkers are now compared to four months ago. As of 108 days, I am 190lbs now, which is 40lbs down from my original weight of 230. Bodyfat percent is 21, compared to close to 28. %water has gone up from 52.5 to 57 and BMI has gone down from 30 (obese) to 24.5.
So, I have made progress in those numbers, as well as in physical strength. I started squatting with 45lbs and now can do 85lbs, bench with 45lbs and now using 130lb, deadlift with 45lbs and now using 130lbs.
I have to add flexibility to the mix here somehow.
Next week, should have the results back from the doc and we will see how I am doing cholesterol wise.
