Prostate health, is that something you think about much?
I did not before either, but soon had no choice.
So, things were going really great.
I was about to update the table that I have been keeping from the beginning.
Which would show that I was down to 175lb, 18% bodyfat and a 31″ waist, when I got a bit distracted.
A bit distracted is an understatement.
Out of Touch
That is the reason that I have been out of touch for this last month.
But I am pushing myself in a couple of new ways that I think I should share, as they could both have good results.
Bottom line, I had to go to the ER, because of severe pain where no one likes it….prostate.
..for those who dont know, I do not think I will describe it, but for men who do know, you know what I am talking about.
And for men who do not know, I hope you never do know.
Fortunately, I now know that the issue was an inflammation, but still have to monitor the PSA levels, will be taking a test in a couple of months.
Out of Danger
Fortunately, after several months, everything subsided.
But, next time you have to do number one, and all works great, give thanks!
To whatever power you believe in, because that is such a great blessing.
Whenever your body is working as expected.
Because we really have little control over our bodily functions.
Prostate Health Aggravation
I felt like I could not write about it because I wondered if the foods that I have been eating have been contributing factors.
So between taking care of myself medically and researching those foods which could aggravate such a condition, I have been out of touch.
I have read that eggs, peanuts and pistachios, as well as too much animal protein, can be hazardous to the prostate.
So, I have been cutting back on all of those.
Hopefully, based on what I am doing now, which is basically what I did before, but going even more green, more on the raw side, less cooked, less of the aforementioned nuts, I hope to see good results in July.
