Well, it is that time again, for pushups, day 3. Here is the schedule for Day 3 below:
I will be doing the third column because my original test set of pushups was 20.
Alright, here we go, I hope you have joined in by this time!
11:52AM Set 1: 11
11:54 AM Set 2: 15
11:56 AM Set 3: 9
11:59AM Set 4: 9
12:02PM Set 5: did 18, the minimum to do was at least 13..
So in ten minutes, had a pretty good pushup workout. We will see how far we can go with this!
Next time up will be this coming Sunday. I am pretty sure I get 2 days rest now, whew..
rest 120 seconds between each SET (longer if required)
