Whew, it is definitely getting harder! On friday, I did a max of 34 pushups, fourteen better than where I started 2 weeks ago. So, today I did the column for over 25 pushups. 14 18 14 14 and the last set I did 20, and that was hard to finish even with a rest of at least 2 minutes. I really do feel it in my arms and chest.
