90 Day Challenge Day 2
90 day challenge day 2 is going in the right direction.
Day 1 was excellent.
All the numbers are going down which is a plus.
Weight went down a pound to 200.0 from 201.2.
Pounds of fat down from 47.8lbs to 46.9.
Body fat down to 23.5 % and the BMI for Aldo dropped to under 26.
This is progress.
This is also maddening.
How many times have you gone up and down in weight loss.
To Cheat or Not to Cheat
Today is friday and I am asking Aldo to hang tough for the weekend.
I asked him not to do any cheat days till he reaches his goal.
What he could do is a cheat meal.
And a cheat meal does not mean overeating.
It just means it is okay to have a slice of pizza one meal on the weekend.
I have seen too many people fall off the bandwagon to easily with just one whole cheat day, including myself!
I want him to actually show additional progress by monday and to monitor how he is doing over the weekend.
He liked yesterday’s meals, so lets continue with that:
Try to drink over 1.5 liters, 8 or 10 cups of water throughout the day.
Make Sure to Have Breakfast
Have an egg white omelete in the morning with whatever vegetables are available.
He can add some olives or pickles for taste.
Add a 1/4 cup of reduced fat cheddar cheese for a bit more taste cause he is such a cow monster.
for snack, he can have some almonds, an apple, a high quality whey protein shake which you can find here.
Then, the second meal will be a salad , as much as he wants.
With turkey, chicken, tuna, beans, hummus, olives, pickles for taste.
2nd snack can be some other nuts, a yogurt , berries
3rd meal, veggies and protein or sweet potato and garden veggie burger.
Keep it Simple
This is really simple.
Don’t make yourself crazy.
Just eat vegetables with some healthy protein and fat throughout the day, drink alot of water and workout.
Let’s see what you can do Aldo!
