Gradual improvement is behind the best fat burner for men lifestyle. My belief is that this approach will work for both men and women, but since I can only experiment on myse I will have to leave it as the best fat burner for men lifestyle.

If you found this page because you are looking for a best fat burner for men supplement, I am not selling any, but perhaps you might consider lifestyle over or at least before using the supplements. Getting the best lifestyle habits seems to be the best thing that we can do in order to achieve what we want.

What body fat percentage do you want? I know what I want and I am going to use this page to track what I believe will bring me down to 10% body fat. I am not interested in 3%, nor in 8%, I want 10% , 11% max.

The question is how to get there, so, I know that this cannot be rocket science. We are not going to the moon, we just want to implement the best fat burner for men strategies that will result in my goal for me and yours for you. Here are what I believe to be the best fat burner for men habits which will enable me to attain a body fat percentage of 10%.

Today is August 8, 2014. Let’s see how long it will take to achieve 10% bodyfat.

Weight: 202.6lbs

Pounds of Fat: 49.1

Bodyfat: 24.3%

Percent Water: 55.2

BMI: 26.3

Waist: 44″

Best Fat Burner For Men Habits

Get to sleep by 10pm

Wake up by 6am

Workout body and soul for about an hour. 3x a week using weights, 3x a week elliptical or walking or swimming.

Never eat to fullness, never , never, never!

Drink a gallon of water a day.

That is it for now.

Be consistent with meals:

Breakfast

Cup of Oatmeal

cup of blueberries

3 egg whites scrambled or a veggie pattie

or

Hashi Mashi – 4- 6 egg whites, vegetables, hummus, olives, avocado and optional a pita bread or oatmeal

Snack

Greek yogurt

blueberries or strawberries

Lunch

Peanut butter and strawberries sandwich on ezekiel bread

or

Turkey sandwich on ezekiel bread

or

Beans and cup of brown rice

Snack

Greek yogurt

banana

or

Isagenix chocolate isalean pro shake

Dinner

Dinner can be the most different of all the meals because we have to establish some type of consistency for going forward.

Sweet potato and salmon

Brown rice and salmon

Beans and veggie burger

The idea is to have these 5 meals, pretty evenly spaced throughout the day.

Besides the goal of getting to 10% percent body fat, I want to also create a goal of a 32″ waist. Lets see how long that will take.

So far I know that I am the one who needs this shot of motivation. So I appreciate any support to help get me to this goal.

For day 1 of the best fat burner for men lifestyle I am ready to start tomorrow morning with a weight workout

I am going to do squats and attempt to do 5 sets of 5 squats using 85lbs in weight. Hey, don’t laugh, I am 57!

For Bench press, I am going to use 130 pounds for 5 sets of 5 reps.

For barbell row, I will use 80lbs for 5×5.

For pushups, I am going to attempt to hit pushups in descending counts starting with 40 pushups, 35, 30, 25, 20, 15 and 10 for a total of 175 pushups. Actually, if possible, I want to round that up to 200 pushups for tomorrow.

You should know that I had already started a squats, deadlifts, press, row, bench and pushup program a few weeks ago, so this is not totally green and in only just a few weeks, I have seen some strength gains.

But, and there is that big but, I have screwed up with my food intake and I have to find a way to take control, so that is why I thought of doing a best fat burner for men lifestyle page.

My goal is that after whatever amount of days it will take me to achieve my goals, you and anyone else who wants to follow this path will be able to easily do so using just one webpage, albeit constantly updated to give you the best fat burner for men ideas.
