Use your free will to make real and lasting change
The other day, I was wondering why is it so hard to lose weight for so many people?
We know that losing weight is the number one new year resolution by far.
If every year, most people make the resolution to lose weight, in theory they would not have to do so the next year.
The fact that year in and year out, the most popular resolution is to lose weight, that suggests that many are not successful in that quest.
The reason it is so hard is because it requires real change.
It is the old habits that made us day and out of shape, and old habits are hard to change.
Are you willing to change?
That is the question I ask anyone who asks me how to lose weight.
Without real change, there will not be real and sustainable weight loss.
Life is change.
We experience change all of our lives, we feel and see the changing seasons, we have watched a caterpillar change into a butterfly and s seed into a plant.
We have watched ourselves change from a child to a teenager to an adult.
These changes though are involuntary ands not by the power of our will.
There are changes occurring in our bodies every moment that happen subconsciously.
The conscious choices that we have made, that have become habits, are reflected in how in our out of shape we are today.
No one forces us to snack on Oreos instead of almonds.
The food that we choose to eat is one of the few conscious choices that we make every day of our life.
Am I Willing to use the power of my free will to make better choices when it comes to good, exercise, lifestyle?
Are you willing?
The success of your transformation is directly related to the power of your will.
Choose to eat real food
Choose to do real exercise
Choose to think more productive thoughts
Choose to make these choices real habits, new habits and permanent habits, then my guess is that you will have a different New Year’s Resolution next year than losing weight.
