Today is the first time that I have hit 192 pounds. Whew!

If you are new here, I have been tracking the daily weigh and these basic measurements for the past three months starting back in November of 2014.
I needed to know how to lose 20 pounds and fast.
However, losing 20 pounds does not happen overnight.
Just like gaining 20 pounds does not happen overnight.
Since that time, my weight has gone down by 18 pounds.
I have had quite a few slip ups along the way.
One thing that I have discovered for myself is that for some reason, beans and lentils just don’t seem to give me the changes that I am looking for.
In fact, yesterday I was up over a pound and I think that was because the previous day I had 3 meals that were essentially lentils and a protein.
However, yesterday I stuck with vegetables, protein and berries and dropped 2 pounds. Go figure.
My guess is that everyone has a bit of a different metabolism and handles different foods in their own unique way.
I know for myself that Hashi Mashi has been the fastest way for me to get lean.
Vegetables, berries, nuts, eggs, fish, those seem to work the best for me.

I am reluctant to say this, but I am beginning to believe that the cause for overweight is simple.
Simply put, overeating, causes overweight.
I am hoping that I can drop another seven pounds or even better twelve pounds by March 1.
Why March 1?
