Well, we are getting there.
I am following my own advice, finally and after 2.5 months now I am down by 17 pounds.
In early November I was up at 210 pounds and that was real frustrating, but I did it and I owned it.
I was the one how veered off of Hashi Mashi , eating real food daily and doing a minimum amount of strength training along with at least walking every day for 30 to 60 minutes.
I have to be the one who gets back on track, so it is probably not so accurate to say that I was frustrated, unless I just own it and say I am frustrating myself.
If you have 20 pounds to lose, no one is usually force feeding you, so the sooner that you own that you are the one that has to close your mouth to processed food and get moving 30 to 60 minutes a day, the faster that you are going to start shedding the pounds.
Make no mistake, that fat that we wear on our bellies, visceral belly fat has us under attack. Visceral belly fat is active and dangerous because it encases our internal organs.
So, this is not just an exercise in vanity but really important for those of us who have been battling obesity forever.
