Reducing body fat over 5 days by over 1.5 percen
On October 15, just 5 days ago, I began with 197.5lb and 23.1%fat.
Today, even after breakfast (a vegetable omelette), a grapefruit, some grapes, handful of almonds, raspberries and blackberries, I am at 191.6lbs and 21.9% bodyfat.
That is a weight loss of 5.9lbs and 1.2% bodyfat in 5 days.
The good news is that I did not starve this week at all and only did one workout so far of one hour.
Let’s recap the main foods that I had this week to lose over five pounds and 1.2% body fat:
Roasted unsalted Almonds
Goya Black Bean Soup
Goya White Beans in Sauce
Goya Red Beans in Sauce
2 Stella Artois Beers on Tap
Walking at least 30minutes every day.
Squats 5 sets of 5lbs going from 45lb bar up to 85lbs on the last 2 sets.
Pushups 5 sets of 20 pushups to equal 100.
I am planning on possibly getting to the gym today, if not tomorrow and shoot for another 5 sets of squats and pushups. The only caveat is will I have the energy. Yesterday I walked over 5 hours around the city and I am feeling it!
Also, let me mention what I did not have last night to accompany the two stella artois light beers.
I did not have chips, pretzels, bread or salty nuts.
I am doing my best to simplify the foods to eat in order to lose fat most productively.
