You are sick and tired of being fat.
You are sick and tired of diets.
You are sick and tired of being out of shape.
You are sick and tired of wearing old clothing that does not fit.
You are just plain sick and tired of the weight loss roller coaster and wish there was someone who knew the secret of the easiest way to lose weight and who would tell you.
There is such a thing as the easiest way to lose weight.
I am not going to give you a long introduction because someone looking for the easiest way to lose weight wants to get to the point.
Suffice it to say that over the course of six months, I found that easiest way to lose weight and I will share it with you now.
I admit that I am the laziest dieter every created.
I also admit that having said that, I probably have read and tried most of the diets around for the last thirty years with not much to show for it, other than another diet book.

Ha, yes, the easiest way to lose weight is to eat, and you can actually eat yourself slim, skinny, lean, whatever you want to call it.
That should be a great relief for anyone who wants to lose weight, right?
The one minor bump in the road is that you will most likely have to change the type and quality of the food that you have been eating which has brought you to this place of overweight or obesity.
Think about the types of food that you eat right now.
What are the foods that you put into your body right now, every day for the last 10, 20, 30 or 40 years?
Know that the easiest way to lose weight now going forward is to stop eating the foods that you have been eating that have gotten you fat in the first place.
The easiest way to lose weight is not by exercise.
Of course, exercise is great and helps to condition your body with a host of wonderful benefits, but exercise alone is actually the hardest way to lose weight.
If you just have two Oreo cookies, you have to walk about an hour to burn off those calories.
And that is just talking calories, not to mention the worthless industrial ingredients which make Oreos potentially more addictive than cocaine and have little to no nutritional value for your body or mind.
Working out is the hardest way to lose weight.
The easiest way to lose weight is by changing the food that you eat and what you drink on a daily basis.
Change your food and you will change your body.
What can be easier than eating to lose weight?
Change the type of food that you eat to change your body.
Listen to the words of one of the most famous and respected bodybuilders and bodysculpting gurus has said in the past:

All you have to do is eat the right foods, which boils down to eating real food as opposed to processed industrial manufactured foods.
That is it?
This is the easiest way to lose weight and for that matter, the fastest.
This is what you have to do now.
Think of the foods which you currently eat.
More than likely, you eat mindlessly throughout the day, a muffin here, a bagel there, a slice of pizza there, a coke here, a snickers bar there and a few Oreos over there, sure, a steak or a chicken sandwich there too.
What you need to do is to become a conscious eater, not mindless.
Become aware of what you are putting into your body, it is your body, so be aware of what you are letting inside your holy temple.
This is the only body you got and we are not up to the day yet when we can exchange bodies, so this one you are in is sacred and precious.
Add fresh vegetables to every meal and a fresh fruit as well.
If you are eating blueberry muffins for breakfast, is that a real food?
Change that muffin to a couple of organic eggs with spinach, tomato, a grapefruit and some cashews.
You can even add a sprouted grain muffin like Ezekiel if you need that sandwich feel.
Do the same for lunch and dinner.
Think about what you are eating and instead of eating processed food, eat real food.
Real food is the food that people have been eating on the planet for thousands if not millions of years.
Plants, berries, nuts, eggs, fish, meat, fowl, vegetables, fruits, lentils, legumes, whole grains.
Have three real meals a day.
Have a real food snack or even two.
Be conscious of the food that you are eating.
You do not have to count calories.
You do not have to drink meal replacements unless you want to.
You do not have to exercise three hours a day.
You do not have to become an ironman athlete to look like one.
The easiest way to lose weight is by eating.
The easiest way to lose weight is right on your fork, the food that you put into your body.
Feed yourself real food and you will finally experience the easiest way to lose weight.
