The good news is that yesterday I had alot of nutritious food and no heavy grains. I think that it usually takes more than a day to recover from big carb cravings, but I noticed that after only one day of alot of vegetables and no bread, I was already feeling better by evening. So today as I expected, I was down a couple of pounds and feel like I am on the way back to sanity.
By the way, if you also emphasize vegetables, you might also see that your skin starts to look better as well.
Yesterday was mainly two large salads with some turkey breast in the late morning and organic chicken in the afternoon.
Today I am starting off the day with classic Hashi Mashi , which is basically an organic egg omelete with lots of greens, pepper, tomato, onion, hummus on the side as well as avocado.
I am going to continue focusing on the vegetables.
For example, later on in the afternoon, I have an exciting lunch with my son at a steakhouse, and I will lean more to the salad, asparagus, mushrooms and either fish or chicken and leave out the heavier bread and white potatoes.
At least I have dropped under 200lbs, all indicators are on their way down except for water percent which will go up.
Who else out there is going through the same?
