So I started on this program a few days ago…this morning I see that I am down to 248lbs.
Believe me, that is alot of weight for me because usually I cannot lose anything.
At least I see some movement. I have not been too hungry, well, let me say it this way, usually in the evening, I would be craving pizza or bagels or snicker bars or a blueberry muffin, and sometimes I would have them late at night, which cannot be too good.
I can tell you one thing that I have noticed is it seems that my heartburn which was always constant has taken a welcome vacation.
That is a relief.
I am also not experiencing the heavy cravings for cake, cookies, soda, ice cream.
I am also finding that I do not have to eat as much to feel satisfied which is a new experience.
So these days, instead of having a blueberry muffin, I go for the blueberries, yes, I admit that I have great memories of blueberry muffins, but the results, the outcome on my body and mindset is just not worth it.
I have read alot of praises of blueberries, low on the glycemic index and will not raise your blood sugar too much and rich in antioxidants and a little goes a long way, so try to incorporate more berries, blueberries, cherries, raspberries, strawberries, whatever floats your boat into your day and you might find like me that your body is not sending you any longer to the 24hour deli to search for food at midnight, since you already have satisfied the nutrition requirements that your body legitimately needs.
