Once upon a time, when I was hovering at 275 pounds, I was called 'fat bastard'. I know, not too much fun. That did not feel good. I had idea how to get fitter and stronger. One evening after having tried so many diets, I figured I would do something different. I thought to focus on vegetables, fresh foods, stay away from processed, and added deadlifts, squats, pushups, pull-ups and bench press. I am under 200 pounds now and still a work in progress, but fitter and stronger than before.
