How to Cleanse your Body – First Day of an 11 Day Cleanse
Today I started an 11 day Cleanse.
How to Cleanse your Body Goal
My goal is to reach 11 % Body Fat.
Even at my best weight over the last year and a half, I have never been under 19%.
Ten days ago, I had gone back to my Hashi Mashi roots. No, I was not born in a town called Hashi Mashi! I just started to refer to the idea of eating real food, avoiding processed food and grains and focusing on compound strength training as Hashi Mashi. Why is another story, but for now, let me just say that I went from a jelloey and flabby 250lbs to a much leaner 175lbs over the course of 10 months, between June 21, 2012 and the spring of 2013.
And as I became a bit lax, the weight and flab started to come back, till I saw a picture of myself and was aghast.
How to Cleanse your Body Tools
So, lesson learned and ten days ago, started on the real food again and used an Isagenix meal replacement shake instead of dinner.
I lost a pound a day and felt motivated to try their cleanse which happens to be for 11 days, at least one of them.
My understanding of the cleanse is to detoxify your liver as well as replenish your cells. Sounds good to me, time for a tune up.
I am going to quickly record the baseline that I am starting at:

Weight – 193.2 lbs
Bodyfat – 22.3 %
BMI – 25.1%
Water – 56.7 %
Chest – 44 ”
Belly – 42″
Arms – 14″
I had a shake for breakfast with Natural Accelerator
A few brazil nuts for snack
Hashi Mashi Vegetable Omelette for Lunch
A couple of Chocolate Snacks from Isagenix and another natural accelerator caplet
Another shake for dinner
And last, 3 more brazil nuts and 2 chocolate snacks cause I was really hungry!
That plus alot of water seems to have helped.
I wanted to do squats today, but just did pushups. I took a break from pushups yesterday and will do the same for tomorrow as well, take a rest. My consecutive high had been 40 and with the rest, I was able to do 45 this morning.
So, pushups today has been 45, 40, 35, 30 and 25. I am going to try and get in the rest of 20, 15, 10 and 5 which adds up to 225, but it is getting late!
