If you are happy with the photo and waist size, go out and have a beer, cake and fries cause there is nothing to do. This site is not for you, you lucky genetic freak!

Start strength training.
Start with 1 pushup today if that is all you can do. Use good form. Add an additional pushup every other day, preferably Mon, Wed and Friday, so you can leave the weekend open for celebrating life with your friends and/or family.
Start with air squats or air deadlifts, meaning using no weight, when you feel that you are able.
I recommend free weights.
If you can use the 45lb olympic bar, great, start with that and add 2.5lbs to 5lbs each time that you feel you can lift your current weight comfortably.
Always use good form.
1 set of 5 repetitions up to 5 sets of 5 repetitions works. You do not have to spend 2 hours in the gym. Three times a week for 30 to 45 min is enough.
