How to Lose Body Fat fast? Does 5 pounds in 8 days sound good to you? Well, if it does not sound good to you, it still does to me. This is a 5 pound loss with two weekends in between, one of which was labor day where I pretty much went back up to where I had started. The truth is that I do not really care about how to lose body fat fast , as long as my percentage eventually ends up at or around 10%. Why 10 percent? That is a good question and I plan on writing a separate post as to the benefits of a lower body fat percentage. I have not even done the research yet, but I am pretty sure that there are some significant and sound benefits.
Today I finally broke the 23% fat barrier, going from 24.1% body fat on day 1, down to 22.9% as of this morning. To me that is significant, since my goal is more on body fat percentage than it is on pounds. If I stay 195lbs and get to 10%, then I have still achieved my goal of how to lose body fat fast, it has nothing to do with weight loss in pounds per se.
I know to reach that goal, I have to start building more muscle, so a few days ago I began doing pushups again, and have done a max of 31 this morning and hope to do another 105 by the end of today. If possible I will do more. I am thinking that every morning I will do a max number of pushups, but on monday, wednesday and friday I will add sets of pushups to reach a minimum of 100 with sets plus whatever I did for my max reps of pushups.
Foodwise, I am still sticking to Hashi Mashi style food plan which promotes vegetables number one, some protein two, a little fruit three, and either oatmeal , beans, sweet potato or in a blue moon rice number four.
What is your strategy how to lose body fat fast? or slow? Either way is great.
