Keep it simple.
Start with one to five pushups today.
Add one to five pushups every other day, preferably Monday, Wednesday and Friday with weekends off.
When you get to 30 good form pushups, we are going to be at the end of month one to three, and I will give further details.
If you can easily do more than 30 pushups with good form, nose touching the ground, straight body, smooth movement, then shoot for 40, 50, 60 , until you reach 100 consecutive pushups.
But I am pretty sure that out there are few people who can do even 50 pushups consecutively, let alone 100!
Pushups will become easier as you drop body weight.
But take it easy, there is no race here, just improve gradually.
How to Lose Fat Fast Exercise – Walking Program
I also want you to walk at least 30 minutes a day, an hour tops, that is enough.
How to Lose Fat Fast Exercise – Squats/Deadlift Program
Last, start with one squat without weights. It might be too hard, but see if you can do one with good form. And then start to gradually add squats, remember, you must move your hips below parallel. If you are not sure what that means, do not do the squats until I explain them in more detail to you by email.
And then there are deadlifts.
But, I think for now, pushups, walking and squats without added weights is enough to tackle.
