Six Meals a Day to Shred the Fat!
So far today I have had 2 meals and 2 snacks, I think quite a bit of good food actually. And nevertheless, because I have opted out from bread, pasta and rice, my total calories and carbs at this point are quite low, only 1200 and 86 respectively.
Wow.
My thinking is that I will do one more small meal of tuna, avocado and an apple, and if I am still hungry, go for one more shake. Even in that case, I will not surpass 1800 which is quite amazing.
Notice how eating less bread forces me to have the following vegetables/fruits/berries/nuts:
Raspberries
Strawberries
Almonds
Apple
Spinach
Onion
And the following protein sources:
Black Beans
Egg Whites
Peanut Butter
Whey Protein
99% fat free Chicken Breast Tenderloin
