I can see that progress is being made. Here is my start stats:

After 6 days of paying attention, with even 3 days off in the middle for no good excuse of labor day weekend, I am down from 201.4lbs to 197.8lbs, four pounds is nothing to complain about. The fact is that the gains, or losses have been made most painlessly by sticking to what I refer to as my Hashi Mashi eating plan. Vegetables, protein, healthy fats, some berries, a sweet potato if really hungry.
Notice that the BMI is down to 25.6 from 26.1. Pounds of fat from 49 to 45.6 and water percentage up from 55.2 to 56.1. Last but not least, body fat percentage is down from 24.1 to 23.1 , a full percentage in 6 days. How long will it take to get to 10% body fat? I do not know, your guess is as good as mine since I cannot recall every being 10% body fat in my life, except for when I was a teenager and my coach told me that I was 4% bodyfat and I was upset thinking that was fat! Little did I know!
