Today is going to be a bit of a lighter day. One thing unusual that I have noticed over the last close to four months, is that I am not as hungry as I used to be, a bit of breakfast in the morning seems to carry me through for many hours, just drinking some water and maybe having some berries or a banana if I am feeling hungry.
One great side effect of this is that I have alot more time to do other things, like concentrate on writing, working out, building business.
Either saturday or sunday, I use one of them for a rest day, so since I did no workout at all yesterday, I am going to just do some swimming tonight, that should be enough for the day.
It is getting colder in the City. I wonder how my body is going to respond to the weather. Most winters are not so simple for me as I am prone to asthma and bronchitis. I sure hope it will be better this winter. I have to make plans to go south or west and get some sun, no more excuses!
So let me leave you with one tip of the day, if it is really difficult for you to give up bread, pasta, rice, flour products like pancakes, yea , I love them too! Then, why dont you have your bread in the morning or latest about 2pm….make sure your dinner does not contain any flour products, see how that will work for you, and try not to eat after 6 or 7pm, okay?
