Personal Weight Loss Coaching Online – The Fit Apprentice

Personal Weight Loss Coaching Online

A weight loss coach will help you lose weight, achieve your weight loss goals, and get on with the rest of your life. As a formerly obese man, I offer my services to help you with your weight loss journey.

I understand the frustration and despair of a person who struggles with obesity. Seven years ago, I finally found a path that works for me and others. I write many articles online, which can help you lose weight for free. But, there is no substitute for having a personal weight loss coach to keep you accountable, offer practical weight loss tips, and guide you to achieve your ideal weight.

The rates of overweight and obesity continue to skyrocket around the world. The House of Commons released a study showing many countries around the world are catching up to the 40 percent rate of obesity in the United States.

This rate of obesity means that 4 out of 10 adults over the age of 20 in the US are obese, 30 pounds or more of the ideal weight for their height. Another 3 out of 10 are overweight, 25 pounds or more over their ideal weight.

You can change faster than you think

No matter what your age, you can lose 20 pounds in 3 months if you make some simple lifestyle changes. I know it is possible because I struggled with how to lose weight for decades. It was not until I hit the age of 55 that I had an idea of what food choices and training might help me lose weight.

Not only did I lose weight, but as a result, my body and personal life changed in more positive ways than I can count. Here are some weight loss before and after pictures of my fitness journey.

Simplicity

I am not a big fan of counting calories. And, I never enjoyed going to meetings, whether Weight Watchers or Overeaters Anonymous. As many diets that you can think of, I tried many of them, as you might have as well.

The Fit Apprentice weight loss program gives you the minimum effective dose for you to achieve your ideal weight. Once you are successful in creating a healthier lifestyle that works for you, previous issues with emotional eating and relationship with food will fade away.

Nevertheless, I still receive many requests for weight loss coach assistance. And that makes sense because even the most accomplished athletes utilize a coach to help them achieve higher fitness levels.

For example, great athletes like Stephen Curry, and Saquon Barkley, have coaches that help them recover from injury and become the stars they are today.

For you to reach your ideal body weight, you do not necessarily need a fitness expert. But a weight loss coach who has been where you are can certainly help.

Coaching Sessions

As a participant in The Fit Apprentice coaching program, you receive up to two coaching sessions per month, as well as email support. The program is on a month-to-month basis, and you can stop at any time.

No matter what your age or body type, there is every reason to believe that you will succeed in losing 20 pounds during the first three months. After your initial 20-pound weight loss, you can continue the Fit Apprentice program on your own, or continue to use my weight loss services.

Personal Weight Loss Coaching – Final Thoughts

I struggled for many years with obesity. If you are looking for a weight loss coach, there is a good chance that you are struggling, as well. The sad truth is that there is an epidemic of obesity in the US and the world.

Besides the terrible diseases that are associated with obesity, like heart disease, high blood pressure, and type 2 diabetes, you also do not look and feel your best. Wanting to look and feel better might be enough motivation, though, for you to take action.

A weight loss coach will not set you back too bad, perhaps for the cost of two dinners out per month. Can you afford to stay at the weight you are at right now? Are you worth investing in yourself?

I am not going to offer this weight loss coach program indefinitely, and if you miss out, it is a lost opportunity. As mentioned, all of the information that you need to lose weight and build muscle is available on The Fit Apprentice Blog for free.

But, I also know how much a good weight loss coach can help, and for this reason, I am offering my services.
