Well, first let me tell you that yesterday, a day after I did the first set of pushups, I could not believe how charley horsed I was. Wow, my shoulders, chest, triceps were so sore. I still went to swim last night and did a mile in 50 minutes, that is 72 laps. And even this morning, I could feel alot of soreness. Remember, on Sunday, I think I only did a total of 67 pushups, the first 20 was a test to see how many I could do in one shot and that was it. Then I did 5 sets after, spaced about a minute apart:
and then the max I could do which was 11 I believe.
Today’s workout was:
and the max which had to be at least 12 and I did 15.
That did not take too long, just 15 minutes or so. That was day 2 from the schedule suggested in http://hundredpushups.com .
So did any of you out there start this program?
I am going to check if my friend Stevie John did or not, he better get started cause we have a challenge going.
