Today is day 19 of Hashi Mashi, I am up to 205.6lbs after the weekend. I am really sore from friday's workout, plus I also did 26 laps in the pool this morning. But I still wanted to go for the 2nd day. I met my personal trainer nabe again in the lobby, she is quite nice hmm and wants to share from her knowledge, it must be funny to her hearing that I did 10 pushups, yikes, but I will do my best! So, in total today, I did 51 pushups.
And I think that since this was mainly chest and triceps, I will head over to the Y and do shoulder press and curls, higher reps about 15 and 3 to 4 sets. Will let you know later. That should be sustainable, 10min of pushups 3 days a week and then 2 body parts with weights and 26 laps of swimming in the pool for about 20min.
