Do you wonder what is the best exercise to lose weight fast? Or have you asked yourself:
- How can I lose belly fat?
- Is it possible to lose 20 pounds in 3 months or less?
- Where can I find the motivation to lose weight?
- What are the best foods to eat to lose weight?
Then you are in the right place to learn about the most powerful exercises to lose weight fast and improve if not save your life.
Save Your Life?
Does that sound too dramatic? You might agree that deadlifting could be a good exercise to lose weight and build a stronger body. Or perhaps deadlifting is a great exercise if you want to be an Olympic powerlifter.
Or deadlifts are a good idea if you cannot do any other type of exercise because as long as you can still bend over and squat to some degree, you can still do deadlifts.
But deadlifting to save your life? What is that about?
I say that deadlifts are a powerful tool to transform your body and life from personal experience.
Today I am standing in a moment of time that I only dreamed I would experience. Many times over the past decade as I struggled with the demon of obesity, I just wanted to give up.
I cannot speak for anyone else, but every time that I thought about my isolation, my overweight and it’s discomfort, I just could not find any joy in the day and those thoughts turned into bad feelings, misery, and unhappiness.
What kind of life is that?
If you or you know anyone, a friend or family member who struggles with obesity and/or overweight, keep reading because this information can save their life.
The Minimum Effective Dose to Get Leaner and Stronger
I am writing this blog and continually trying to make it better for any person who wants to improve their mental and physical fitness. Even people who had given up for whatever reason, whether because of some type of personal tragedy, divorce, illness, and stress.
I want to reach that person who thinks that they cannot get better and show them that it is possible to get fitter in body and mind one day at a time.
Start moving, start eating real food, start thinking differently and you can cross the bridge from where you are right now to where you want to be, just spend time on imagining the best.
When I started this program, I was obese, depressed and isolated without going into more gory details.
That is not the case today.
All because of the best exercise to lose weight fast like deadlifts?
Not all because of deadlifts, but deadlifts were a start and once I started and maintained one good habit, once I started to invest in myself. I began to feel stronger and not just physically, and the positive path kept revealing itself.
I felt good, so I wanted to keep investing my time in workouts and thoughts that were good for me.
Of course, probably any good habit that you start could morph itself into a life transformation.
But for me, these are the best exercises for weight loss. Resistance training like deadlifts, squats, pushups, real food daily and walking/elliptical/swimming/running.
They will help you lose weight, get fitter one day at a time, and achieve a total body transformation.
They have literally transformed my life and for that, I am so grateful that I want to share the information.
I am glad to help someone else who is fighting obesity wherever possible.
The Problem of Obesity
According to the Center for Disease Control and the National Institute of Health, obesity is common, serious and costly:
- More than one-third (34.9% or 78.6 million) of U.S. adults are obese.
- Obesity-related conditions include heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes and certain types of cancer, some of the leading causes of preventable death.
- The estimated annual medical cost of obesity in the U.S. was $147 billion in 2008 U.S. dollars; the medical costs for people who are obese were $1,429 higher than those of normal weight.
- Obesity is higher among middle-age adults, 40-59 years old (39.5%) than among younger adults, age 20-39 (30.3%) or adults over 60 or above (35.4%) adults.
- Almost 3 in 4 men (74 percent) are considered to be overweight or obese.
- The prevalence of obesity is similar for both men and women (about 36 percent).
A waist measurement of 40 or more in men has been linked to increased risk for type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease.
This increased risk was found even when associated with a normal BMI, body mass index.
Aim to keep your waist measurement less than half your height.
Is your waist size less than half your height?
The average height for a man in America is approximately 69.2 inches, so a healthy waist size for a man who is 5’9″ tall is about 34 inches.
If you already have a 34-inch waist and take off another 2 inches, then you have the average waist size of a male model.
The immediate goal is to help you get your waist size under 40 inches to start and then bring your waist all the way down to half your height if not 32 inches.
This will help you to get your weight under control.
Start to take action today.
Being overweight, obese, out of shape are debilitating and serious conditions.
The importance of getting to your ideal weight has never been more clear for both your physical and mental health.

The Best Exercise to Lose Weight Fast – Testimonials
“I have been exercising daily for 40+ years. In the mornings I work with weights or stretching exercises and on most evenings I do aerobic exercises. In the last 10 years, I gained 25 pounds over my adulthood consistent weight of 145. I decided to try and lose 25 pounds for my son’s wedding, but I was not losing any weight by continuing my daily exercise routine. Then I was introduced to the Hashi Mashi diet and the best exercise to lose weight, meaning weight training, I was always more of a cardio guy, and together with my normal exercise routine I lost 22 pounds over the next 2 months. I felt great for my son’s wedding and danced the night away. This diet and exercise plan really works! I have maintained the weight loss by continuing eating this way and exercising. Thank you for your help. – Skinny Jeff G. ” – Jeff G. Ossining, New York
“A year ago I had ‘Hashi Mashi’ over for dinner and myself and my family were floored. We had not seen him for several years and we did not recognize him because he had lost so much weight. He used to be puffy like a balloon and now he was lean and was looking a lot better. At that time I was about 260lbs at 6’4″ and had been trying to lose 30 pounds forever. We asked him what he was doing and he said Hashi Mashi. What? What a strange name but I wanted to try it out for myself, so I began to follow his Hashi Mashi diet and exercise plan as found on his site for free and in three months I had lost the 30 pounds. I am quite happy about that.” – Robert M. Spring Valley, New York

Exercises to Lose Weight Fast – My Story in Brief
Frankly, I stumbled upon the simple recipe of the best exercise to lose weight by accident.
These exercises to lose weight have become the cornerstone to improve both physical and mental health.
I discovered how to lose weight and change my body composition unintentionally.
The exercises to lose weight and meal plans that I was experimenting with were not about losing weight at all.
One evening on June 21, 2012, I was in a New York City Deli at midnight having my second blueberry muffin.
I was despondent and in a state of major depression.
I had tried many different antidepressants like
and would stop taking each one of them and others because of very uncomfortable side effects.
At that time, I was also hovering way over 250 pounds with a near 50-inch waist.
I remembered seeing some research that in the case of treatment-resistant depression, people should look into diet and exercise as a legitimate strategy for coping.
There was a growing body of evidence that better nutrition and exercise might help to manage depression on par with the effectiveness of drugs.
I decided to check out whether exercise and food could help me.
Eat fruits and vegetables, eat real food, food that is not packaged and minimally processed.
I had also seen some articles that said there is a link between modern wheat and depression.
I decided then and there that I would begin to eat mainly fruits and vegetables, whole grains like oatmeal, brown rice, quinoa, and lean protein.
Anything that was processed, or made from wheat, I would avoid.
For exercise, I was determined to see whether full-body exercises would be more effective in fighting depression than the typical bicep curls I had done at the gym here and there.
Soon after embarking on eating real food and doing core body exercises like deadlifts, squats, and pushups, I did feel some degree of relief from major depression.
However, I was amazed at how eating real food and strength training exercises like deadlifts, squats and pushups accelerated fat loss.
Over time it became clear to me that the exercises and strategies that I was using to fight depression were in fact very powerful and effective exercises to lose weight.
Six months later, my depression had been helped, but not cured.
But, I had accidentally discovered the best exercise to lose weight fast as I was down from over 250 pounds to 175 pounds, from a near 50-inch waist to a 32-inch waist and from a cholesterol of 260 to 175.
I hope that my experience with the best exercise to lose weight fast will help you do the same.
