How to Lose Body Fat Percentage in 30 Days – Day 4

For years, I have been trying to figure out how to lose body fat percentage. I had never succeeded unless I was practically fasting, and as has been explained to me by Hashi Mashi, fasting causes loss of muscle tissue, not really something that I should be happy about.

However, after 4 days now, I am down just about 6 pounds which is fantastic. I cannot tell yet how much actual pounds in fat have been lost since it is not available to me on the scale I have been using over the weekend. I am really more interested in how to lose body fat percentage , as opposed to losing weight. I want to be lean and build muscle. I am not looking to becoming a smaller version of myself, I want to completely transform my physique. That is why I want to know how to lose body fat percentage and not losing muscle mass.

But I can say that I have gone through a friday and saturday weekend now and am in Sunday feeling alot better than a usual weekend.

Typically, my friday and saturday with family was spent with meals and alot of bread, pasta, rice or potatoes. By sunday I would be way bloated, feeling like I was going to float away like a balloon.

This weekend was different. I replaced the breads with vegetables and cut out cookies, cake, danish, dunkin donuts, bagels, croissants, chips, pretzels, candy and ice cream. Pretty much everything else was the same.

My big dessert treat that I have had so far is a couple of medjool dates with raw walnuts. That satisfied my sugar cravings. It almost tastes like a thick brownie or cake.

Yes, I agree it is not cake, but it is a pretty good substitute for something sweet.

 

 

How to Lose Body Fat Percentage in 30 Days Meal and Exercise Plan

Yesterday I took a long stroll of about 2 hours and had the following for meals:

Breakfast: Spinach, mushrooms, tomato, garlic, 1 whole egg, 2 whites. Grapefruit.

Snack: Apple and almonds.

Lunch: Chicken vegetable soup.

Snack: Medjool Date and walnuts.

Dinner: Broccoli and chicken, eggplant and diced cucumbers, tomato and dill.

Snack: Glass of Cabernet Wine.

I still went down in weight.

This morning I did 6 push ups with good form. Hey, it is a start!

How to lose body fat percentage has always been an enigma to me. It would be shocking to discover that it is as simple as just eating real food! We will see. I have another 26 days to go.
