5 Rules for the How to Lose Fat Fast Diet

1. How to Lose Fat Fast Diet Rules of what NOT to eat

The How to Lose Fat Fast Diet requires that you start thinking about vegetables. Stop eating fluffy white bread and either have oatmeal, whole grain rice or oatmeal, sweet potatoes or stone ground whole grain bread with alot of vegetables. When you think of spinach, onion, tomatoes, pepper, mushrooms, now you are becoming aware of the how to lose fat fast diet.

2. How to Lose Fat Fast Diet Rules If You are Craving White Bread

Try having stone ground whole grain bread earlier in the day. A couple of slices, even four slices of whole grain bread will give you 400 calories and 12 grams of fiber. Dinnertime, substitute rice, quinoa or potato for bread. Do not even think of eating total junk like cookies, muffins, pies, chips, pretzels, candy, even if you grew up on ring dings and devil dogs, no excuse!

Do not drink sweet fruit juices. If you want orange Juice, then you go get an orange, peel it and eat that. No juice for you on the how to lose fat fast diet. Do NOT eat full fat dairy products like cheese and ice cream, you know they are very fat and I am sure that you have heard that we are what we eat, at least when it comes to our bodies.

3. How to Lose Fat Fast Diet Rules of what TO eat

Here are the rules of what you should be eating every day. Vegetables, your best friends on the planet. Friendly green vegetables as well as every other color in the rainbow. Eat as much of what grows out of the earth as you want. Raw, steamed, sauteed in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, you are going to be one big happy camper by the time the summer rolls around, and you are going to be thanking veggies and me!

4. How to Lose Fat Fast Diet Rules for Snacks, Fruit and Nuts

I suggest that you eat fruit as snacks, in between meals or when you get really hungry. I also suggest that you stick to the least sweet fruits like berries which are low on the glycemic index. Save the sweeter fruits, like a banana, mango and pineapple for after a workout. The best fruits for you right now are apple, pear, melon, any berries, cherries. Yes, an apple a day is just fine.

Nuts, will help curb your hunger. Get some dry roasted almonds, raw cashews, peanut butter or dry roasted unsalted peanuts, brazil nuts (especially for those men who want to increase their testosterone, va va va voom!), pecans or walnuts. Sprinkle them on your fruit. Do not go overboard as they pack alot of calories, so I said a handful, not the whole bag!

Legumes, like lentils, chickpeas (my favorite form of chickpeas is as hummus) and other assorted beans. Legumes will keep you satisfied and are still slow burning carbs, so you are not going to go into a binge after having a healthy breakfast that includes hummus.

5. How to Lose Fat Fast Diet Rules for Protein and Fats

Proteins, either from wild fish, hormone free eggs, chicken, turkey or grass fed beef or if you are vegan or vegetarian, you can get your protein from plant sources like legumes. Most of what I am recommending is plants, with some protein added on. So, if you want baked beans and soy dogs, go for it. You should be aware if you are a guy, that soy products are not typically suggested for men who have problems with lowered testosterone, but that is beyond the scope of this post.

The point is not to binge on any of these proteins, just the size of a deck of cards of protein is enough! Healthy fats like olive oil, coconut oil and avocado. If you love greek yogurt, go for it, but I personally have seen better results without dairy, except for some sprinkled parmesan here and there.

Glass of dry red wine any day of the week that you want, but I do suggest that you save that glass for special occasions once a week. The alcohol will slow down your progress and make it harder for your liver to metabolize your fat goodbye. So, for the fastest results, wait till the fourth of July to drink.

That’s it! Now, I will give you a sample menu for tomorrow morning when you wake up and are all motivated to get into shape for summer and the rest of your life.

You want to lose fat fast? Then you have to change what you have been eating till now. Next time you are in a restaurant or grocery, scan around you what other customers are eating or having in their shopping carts. The how to lose fat fast diet will be the opposite of everything you see. Eat consciously, choose your food wisely, guaranteed that you will start to transform your body from fluffy to lean and fit. This is the promise of the How to Lose Fat Fast Diet.
