How to Tone Your Mind & Body with Hashimashi

Become a Leaner and Sexier Version of You!

How to tone your body and mind is critical if you want to leave the fat version of yourself behind, once and for all.

If you have found yourself reading this article, I am pretty sure that you are sick and tired of being out of shape.

True?

Are you fed up, have you had enough of wearing large pants or even worse spandex leggings?

Are you ready to change?

Just tell yourself that you are ready to change and it will happen.

I am going to reveal to you how to tone your body and mind in this brief but accurate article.

This is not necessarily a cure for depression, obesity or anxiety, what I like to call the land of DOA, the land of being dead on arrival is depression, obesity and anxiety.

I know, I have struggled with them all throughout my life up until today.

However, over the course of time, I have found that all of them can be managed to some extent through food and exercise.

As much as they can be managed with pharmeceutical medications.

I know, at least for myself since I have tried many of them, at least 12 different medications to manage depression and anxiety.

Do I think these medications might work for someone else for depression, of course.

We are all different, our faces, our minds, our physical reactions, side effects from medications as well as food.

I have also been on every diet known to the american public.

You think that I am going to tell you to workout really hard every day, build up a big sweat, lift alot of weights, stay in the gym for hours?

No, that is not the first step in how to tone your body and mind.

What I mean by how to tone your body and mind with Hashimashi, is that all you need to do for your first step is to start eating real food.

Eat real food.

That is how to tone your body and mind.

This is the first step to getting back into shape.

This is how to go from 250 pounds down to 175 pounds almost effortlessly.

This is how to trim your waist without suffering from cravings for processed food.

To stop suffering from processed food, you must eat real food!

You have to counter the powerful and addictive effects of processed food with an even more powerful substance, real food.

Real food will give you the best opportunity to get back into shape without suffering.

And yes, even without weights.

I know that it seems to0 simple to be true.

How can it be so simple?

Simple habits can yield powerful results, as much as screwed up habits yield distorted results.

Processed food yields bodies that are distorted from their true beauty.

You can look more beautiful than you do right now, is that not a great incentive?

Stop supporting the processed food companies, and start supporting yourself.

Stop supporting their bottom addictive line and start supporting your own family.

I have nothing against any business, but I do believe that it is incumbent upon me to get the word out.

There is no great secret in how to tone your body up.

You do not need to go to meetings necessarily or to buy any special herbs or take any specific pills.

Sure, for depression and anxiety, things get a bit more complicated, but I can assure you that even in that case, following the simple prescription of eating real food will definitely help you manage your moods.

It is not a cure, but it is an appropriate treatment to eat healthy for physical and mental health.

So, now you know how to tone your body.

Let’s do this day by day.

I know that I have suggested 90, even 30 days, but when I think about it, I think that is too long for someone who has been hooked on and addicted to processed food.

To me, I think that food addiction can be just as powerful as alcohol or tobacco addiction.

Food changes our body and brain chemistry as much as any drug does.

I do not need to prove it from additional scientific journals at this point.

I am confident that you know the difference between having eaten a healthy meal and after you have loaded up on processed food.

The anxiety that you feel is due to your knowing that you have let toxins into your body and you have to fight off the effects of too much processed food.

Not much different than when you have a hangover from too much liquor.

Let’s keep this simple.

Today, do your best to eat only real food.

Real food is vegetables in their most natural state.

Real food is fruit.

Real food is nuts.

This is your base.

For protein, make your selections based on whether you are a meat eater or not.

For meat, we all know that usually, the healthiest choice will be fish.

Wild as opposed to farm raised is best.

Tofu, legumes if you can handle them are also okay.

I do not normally promote the vegetarian fake meats because they are so highly processed.

There is also evidence that the soy protein in those fake meats are not beneficial to men, so beware and cautious.

That information deserves it’s own article and is beyond the scope of this one which is how to tone your body and mind with real food.

Drink a good amount of water today, go on a walk.

My recommendation to you is to have a vegetable omelette in the morning, have some fruit and/or nuts for snack, have another serving of vegetables with either chicken, fish, cottage cheese or tofu for another meal and again when hungry, have some more fruit and/or nuts.

Basically that is the meal plan.

Simple.

Vegetables and protein and some good fat like avocado or brazil nuts for a meal.

Fruit and/or nuts for a snack.

Does it have to be more complicated?

Imagine if we did not know how to breathe!

How can we not know how to eat!?

It is not our fault.

We have all been raised in this country, the USA, on processed food, and we have become addicted to the sight, smell, taste, body reactions and brain chemistry from eating those drugs.

How to tone your body and mind starts with this one step today.

Eat real food.

Now, get moving from behind your computer.

Go make your breakfast, or have your lunch, or have a snack or dinner.

Eat your Vegetables number one.

And, do Not eat processed food. Yes, that means everything that you loved yesterday.

But how did that processed food make you feel, make you look?

Bloated, tired, sick, run down, fat, sloppy, overweight, dripping with fat and jowls?

So, time to kiss that **** good bye.

Time to say hello to food that will make you look great, awesome, amazing, fantastic, beautiful and handsome!

Start now!

And please, please let me know if this information on how to tone your body and mind, if you adhered to it, if you followed it, if it benefited you in any way.

I guarantee you that if you do eat real food today and for the next several months, you will see a major transformation in your entire body.

Even without working out.

In 9 months, I went from 250lbs to 175lbs.

I am just a person like you, similar physiology, also raised on processed, woke up to real, and transformed my body, it seems like magic, but it is just what you deserve and how your body and mind will react to real food.

Real food, that is how to tone your body and mind.
