Can You Believe that Deadlifting Can Help You Lose Weight?
Is there such a thing as deadlift weight loss?
Can the simple yet intense deadlift exercise help you to lose weight?
Can a car get you to the City faster than walking when you are 10 miles away?
True, you can walk to the City, but why walk if you have access to a car?
Similarly, why use only diet or single muscle exercises for weight loss?
Deadlifting to gain fitness and strip your fat is real and you will experience this phenomenon soon after beginning a deadlift workout program.
Try Deadlifting over Running
The Deadlift expedites the process of building muscle all over your entire body like a sheath of armor.
Deadlifts help to promote weight loss by building the largest muscles in your body, your legs, your quadriceps and your hamstrings, your core, your entire back and shoulders, your arms, even your grip.
Where do you think that you will get the most bang for your buck, doing handgrip exercises or deadlifts?
My experience having done tons of handgrips and curls and then deadlifts is that there is no comparison.
I would even pick deadlifting over running for weight loss.
So many years, I ran on that treadmill or walked on the treadmill.
Nothing happened.
The deadlift reigns supreme.
Deadlift to Stop Your Cravings for Junk
Deadlifting benefits weight loss in another way, after you do deadlifts, you are not going to want to eat junk.
You will feel stronger almost immediately and especially when you see your deadlift numbers going up.
You can feel your entire body getting stronger, as if you are putting on a suit of muscle armour.
You are going to want fuel for your new body, not garbage.
You will want real food, not food produced in a factory.
Deadlifting Versus Other Exercises
In theory, you can say the same for any exercise that it can benefit weight loss,.
I think though that there is a significant difference between deadlifts and other exercises.
Having been an overweight man for most of my life, my experience has been that any exercise can help with weight loss, like walking, swimming, tennis, running.
But, if you want to transform your physique, change the shape of your body, lose fat and build muscle at the same time, I do not think that there is a better plan than eating real food and doing compound weight lifts like deadlifts, squats, bench presses and pushups.
This is why deadlifting is one of the best ways to lose weight, get fit and feel great.
